Hi, I have uploaded and submitted my files to a form on jotform and they sent me an e-mail with the form I submitted. But I can’t view any file I uploaded (all of which are pdfs) it keeps saying Whoops, error 404. Is it normal for submitters to not being able to view their files after they have uploaded them and submitted? Thanks.
Please note, I am not the form’s creator.

The owner of the form set the "Required Log-in to view uploaded files" option in the privacy settings
Open your JotForm account first and try to open the uploaded files again. Let us know how it goes.
