Collecting employment history without date gaps

being in the transportation industry, we are required to gather 10 years of employment history with no gaps in dates.  How can we insure that

1.  There are no gaps in employment dates

2.  That all dates are from most recent to last for complete 10 years

I am afraid this is not something that can be validated at JotForm. Unfortunately, we do not have an option to collect data without the date gaps in some specific date-time range.

If you would like to collect data using a single field, you may consider using an Input Table element or a Configurable List widget.
