Incomplete Values error prompted upon form submission

When the Application" form is submitted it keeps coming back with an "error message" (attached screenshot).  I can not find this field that is not being left blank, so not sure what to do??

A field named "Address of Property Being Applied For" is present on your form and it's marked as mandatory. 

It appears that this field is being properly filled hence the validation error occurs at the submission. 

If the data is entered and it's still an issue, then we can conduct further tests on your form. If you would like us to test this, then please allow us to make test submission on your form. Let us know if it's ok to make test submission.

Yeah, I went back to a prior edit and it started working again.
