If you have a PDF form with fillable inputs, you can try to import it using our new PDF Form Converter tool.

From the My Forms page, click on the Create Form button.

Then click on the Create a Form button.

Select the Import Form option.

Select the Import Fillable PDF Form option and click on the Continue button.

Then use the Upload PDF Form button to upload your fillable PDF form.

Please note that the PDF Form Converter tool is still in beta. If you notice any issues, please let us know.
