Field form unique value not working for custom URL

Hello,

So I'm trying to create a custom url link at the bottom of my thank you page, but when I add a link with a specific question's unique name in the url, it doesn't seem to be passing the information correctly. I've tested it by just manually adding the parameter I want and it works fine. TIA!

Can you please share the form URL as well as the pre-populated URL you would like to use? In the meantime, please refer to this guide just in case you have missed something: Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters. We will be waiting for your response.
