How to enhance form performance?

While the condition count may not matter, the number of pages in the form could cause some lag. I tried filling the form and it does not cause any lag while filling the form. If there is an issue with internet connectivity, then there can be a definite lag while filling the form. So please check that too.

If you think there is an unnecessary lag, you could consider splitting the form into two forms.
