Reactivate Subscription

    I am trying to reactivate my subscription and the proceed button does not work.  I am trying to enter a new credit card number and the expiration year will not let me select a new year.  I have tried on two different computers.  Thank you.

    Since your account is already downgraded, re-upgrade using the following link:

    http://sites.fastspring.com/interlogy/product/jotformpremium?referrer=jhaswell

    This by using our new Payment Processor - FastSpring.
