Hello,
I have a starter plan and am requesting some information from people which includes them uploading PDFs. However, when the email comes through, I cannot open the PDFs. Can you please advise what the issue is here.

Please go to your settings page and un-tick the Require log-in to view uploaded files.
Alternatively, please make sure that you logged into your account before trying to open the uploaded files.
