Appointments widget

    Hi  I am trying to use the appointment widget, I found this on the forum https://www.jotform.com/answers/378022-How-do-I-create-an-appointment-scheduling-calendar but it is telling me "unauthorised access" can you help?

    I want to be able to use the time more than one date eg

    28th July (I have given 6 spaces) I have then put the widget again this time with the time(6 space as well). There are only 6 spaces for the appointment time

    I am trying to work out that if the 28th is picked they can l only have a seperate time for that date each time

    You can use Appointment Slots widget with using conditions
     
    I want to demonstrate an example
     
    Open Form builder panel
    Click on Add Form Element
    Switch to WIDGET tab
    Add Appointment Slots
     
    Appointments widget Image 10
     
    Configure according to your needs
    Appointments widget Image 21
     
    Add New Appointment Slots and Configure according to your needs

    Hide the Widget
    Appointments widget Image 43
     
    Add SHOW/HIDE FIELD CONDITIONS like the following settings
