Yes that is quite possible . Below are two coding options how you can make the image become a link.

    Hi,

Yes the first one did work. It puts a purple or blue thin border
around the image at all times. Can we remove that or change to white?

    thanks for your help.

Yes, the border can be removed by adding a style attribute to the code like this.

Hi and thanks so much for your help.

one more question. when the pop up with the form comes up, can it be
centered in the pop up window? It defaults to the left.

    Thanks,

You can try adding top and left element on your script like in this link wherein the 50% value can be change to your preference value. You can replace the 50% to 100 which is equivalent to 100px.

Hi and thank you for your help. We tried changing the code to the
infomation on the link you sent but the envelope in the pop up form
still does not center in the pop up screen. Here's a link to our page,
please let me know if you have any other suggestions. Also, can you
take off the blue border around the image?

    Hi Ed,

Inject this codes to your form:

    .form-all {margin-left: 174px !important }

Guide: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes

    Result:

With regards to the border, that is part of the background image. You may consider editing the image to do that.

    Thanks
