Stripe integration: default required items are not being processed

    Hi, my form is not collecting payments. iT HAS BEEN FINE FOR 3 YEARS 

    Now it is not working

    We do apologize for the inconvenience.

    I was able to replicate the issue with a cloned version of your form.

    It seems the required function in the product settings is not selecting the default item.

    I am escalating this issue to our back-end team for further investigation.

    They will contact you via this thread once updates are available.

    For the time being,

    Can you please go to your selected by default product and disable the required function and enable the selected by default again?

    Paypal also seems to be down. Similar issue. Form that has worked without issue for 3 + years is no longer working.

    It seems our developers has fixed the issue with the required field not processing the items selected.

    Can you please test your form and let us know if the issue still remains?
