Out of Submission Storage warning.

    Are you referring to the out of Submission Storage warning on your My Forms page?

    Upon checking, I see that you have currently 388 submissions where the limit for a free account is 500 submissions. If you reach the 500 submissions, your old submissions will be deleted automatically to free up space for new submissions.

    You can also download your old submissions and delete them or upgrade your account to increase the limit.
