Odd alignment issues on forms with multiple languages

I created a form that has an Arabic version translated. Due to how Arabic is written (right to left) the alignment changes, so I adjusted the prompts to align a particular way to display properly.

But the problem we have is on load of the form, it will display as expected if it loads on Arabic automatically. If we select english then back to arabic, or if the form loads in english and you need to switch it manually to arabic, the alignment completely changes.

I have attached screenshots to show what I am talking about

I have checked your form and it seems that you already managed to inject custom CSS to your form to resolve the issue:

You can manually translate the selected fields by above by following this guide: How-to-Make-Your-Forms-Multilingual

Also, could you please consider creating 2 different forms for multiple languages (with RTL issues)? A separate form for English and a separate form for Arabic. This could be the only way to avoid this problem.
