I had this problem before and when I reached out to you I think you just went ahead and fixed the PDF for me. But, I need to know how to do it on my own.
When I download the submission into a PDF I want the info to stay in the same order. However, the fields end up being all over the place.
Can you please help me?

I'm sorry, but I cannot replicate this problem on your form. I was able to download the PDF version of the submission. However, I think the PDF document needs some updating. You may consider re-creating the whole PDF document.
The previous issue is general, which is fixed by our backend team. That was a bug. This time, I think it is not a major bug but just a small glitch.
