Greetings when I click my payment for conference page it does not show where the person can enter their credit card information or their address?

You need to select the Credit Card payment method in the form to show the Credit Card information fields. Here's a screen capture of your form:

You can switch the Default Payment Method to Credit Card in the Payment Settings page. In the Advanced Gateway Settings, change the Payment Method to Credit Card and click the Save button when you're done.
