i created 3 forms and I can not access them. I request password reset and I havent recieved anything.

The reason why you aren't receiving password reset email is because your account email is firstname.lastname@example.org which I guess incorrect, it doesn't have letter "k" on books. I have now fixed this so I'd suggest to retry reseting your password.
