'Things don't appear to be working at the moment' error

    I’ve added PayPal to my form, and when I asked multiple people to test it for me, when it was going to go to the PayPal page, it said “Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.” How do I fix this?

    I have cloned your JotForm to test with your PayPal email address and was able to replicate the issue at my end. However, as I tried changing the PayPal email address to my address, the form redirected to Paypal without any issue to continue with the payment. 

    Please try using the Merchant ID instead of PayPal in the payment wizard and see if that works. If the issue still persists, we request you to get in touch with PayPal support to check if there is any issue with the PayPal account.
