Hello
I want to generate or associate a QR code with the URL of each shipment in my form. Is this possible? Could you help me?

You can receive unique QR codes for submissions via Dynamic QR Code widget. QR code will be saved into the submission and sent to form users and you via email (if autoresponder and notification email is configured).
Also you can configure your thank you page to see the QR code. Check this tutorial if you are interested.
You can also use a third party in your autoresponder to generate unique barcodes for your submissions. You can use {id} to get the Submission ID number.
Barcode link will be sent in the email, so users can download barcodes from link.

Thank you, but I want to open the URL to edit the shipment using QR code.
Is this possible?

To generate edit link using QR code, please place this code to your notification source code:
<img src="https://chart.googleapis.com/chart?chs=150x150&cht=qr&chl=https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}&choe=UTF-8" alt="Your unique QR code0" width="150" height="150"/>
Please see my screencast below for reference:
You can test my demo form here: https://form.jotform.com/92046224372957, test submit it to receive your QR Code. -

We do not have an option to edit submissions outside of the JotForm website. This may be only possible with a custom code. You may check the next support thread to see if this is something that may be used in your case:
Jotform Edit Submission URL - Allow submission editing embedded in our website

As I said in the previous reply, the screenshot you attached did not reach our support forum which is why we cannot view it.
Please open this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1901776 through the browser and repost the screenshot. Or, you can upload images on google drive or dropbox and then share with us a shareable link so we can see the issue you are referring to.
