Form Submissions: Missing values while exporting to Excel/CSV report

    For all my forms, when I attempt excel download, I don't get anything in that file past the submission date.  Yes, all the fields are selected for download . . . it's as it has been for the last few months, just suddenly broken now.


    It looks like this problem has been reported a couple of other times in the past hour, but I wanted to emphasize that it's not an anomaly just for those folks.  In  addition, support rep Welvin recommended this:


    "Thanks for reporting this to us. I can replicate the issue so I have this thread forwarded to our Level 2 Support for further investigations. 

    Whilte waiting for an update, please try creating a Grid Listing (Grid Listing) as it works fine to me."


    I can create a report with a Grid Listing, yes.  But I don't need to just look at my data online, I need to get it into an Excel download, same as before.  I tried copying and pasting that Grid report into Excel, doesn't work at all.  So I'm not sure why that's suggested, other than to just look at the data, but that wasn't a problem in the first place.  Data was always visible in the Submissions area.  Just can't download it into Excel.  That's what I need to do, download it into Excel.


    If there's a way I can actually manage that with the Grid Report that I'm not understanding, please let me know, thanks.

    Rest assured that our developers are already taking care of this current issue.

    I just recieved a message from our CTO that problem is solved now. Please log out , clear your browser cache if necessary and log back in
