Text field is not showing up on PDF

    Good Morning,

    Can you please let me know why a text field would not be showing up on my PDF file?

    Yes, you can edit the PDF Document and add Text field. Here's how:

    1. Go to the Submissions page. 
    2. Click the PDF button and select the Customize PDF.


    In the PDF Editor, add the Text field and

    Thank you however, this field is built in my original form and I do not wish to have to add it every time I get a submission.  

    I use the Jotform InBox, edit submission field to add some additional information and then print to PDF - this is where it is not showing up and where I need it to show.

    Once you setup the PDF document, which is associated with your form, it will not change and you will get exactly the same PDF document every time.

    When you edit your form and get this message in the PDF editor: "It seems that you have updated your form. Do you want these updates to be applied to your document? Please note that these changes may affect your current design.", if you click on apply, then you will have to adjust the layout of the PDF document again.
