Do you offer client booking calendars?

I'm looking to create an online booking system where I can have 4 different time slots available, client chooses one and the rest can be deleted automatically so that no one else can book that day. I'd like for the client to have the option to choose location from a selection available. I'd also like to be able to confirm/decline appointments and if confirmed to automatically send out their contract once confirmed. Do you have this feature?

    Hi @JENNTRUAX7,

We do have a few different widget options that could meet some of your requirements. The Date reservation Widget would work with where I can have 4 different time slots available, the client chooses one and the rest can be deleted automatically so that no one else can book that day.

I'd also like to be able to confirm/decline appointments and if confirmed to automatically send out their contract once confirmed

I would suggest to Assign Status to your Submissions so you can approve and decline. Then setting up Autoresponder emails to go out based on your response.

This seems a little complicated to me.

The date reservation widget...can I list that on my website where it shows my availability that clients can pick from?

Status submissions is not what I am looking for. I want an email to go out to the client once session date/time is selected whether or not I approve the session.  Even tho my availability is listed they may be wanting more than I am able to offer for that date so I would like to be able to confirm or decline and for them to have an email status update once done.

If then the session is approved I would like to have a contract/invoice sent out automatically

This seems like a lot of steps and a little complicated to me.
How does the date reservation work? I want something that I can list on my website and on social media for potential clients to easily find.

By the way, here is our guide on how to add a widget in the form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form.

The date reservation widget allows you to list down items and set the available quantity to each. That would accomplish the booking system that you would like. However, it seems that you would like to conditionally send confirmations to your end and send them an invoice.

Have you started creating the overall form structure in this case? Can we take a look at that, please? That would help us picture your current form structure and guide you where to go or what to do next.

I want an email to go out to the client once the session date/time is selected whether or not I approve the session...

~You need the status as your way to send the email in the form, and you need to do this with conditional logic as well. So, add the status in the form. Once you receive the submission, you will put the approval in it. Based on the approval, you have to send the email.

Guide to conditionally send an email: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection

If then the session is approved I would like to have a contract/invoice sent out automatically

~The same as above, but maybe, create a PDF document as your contract and attach that in the autoresponder email.

~As for the invoice, is this a manual invoice with a link to the payment? Is that a PDF perhaps? If yes, you can have that as an attachment in the same autoresponder email that goes out when you approve the submission.

I hope that helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
