Submission with email address

When I generate report which only shows me submission ID & IP, is it possible to show submission email address? I want to tabulate who submit the most valid surveys. Thank you.

When generating a report it will not show the submissions email address, however, you can add a field or question to ask the submitter to provide an email address.

This can allow you to have a chart or grid to be shown on the report as part of the questionnaire.
