As follow up to a talk I gave, I am using a jotform for people to request additional information. In the intro at the top, I want to be able to give people the opportunity to click onto my online scheduler for an appointment.

Thank you for providing more details. You can achieve this by including a Text field in the form. 

Edit this field to insert the link/URL for your online scheduler. Users can then click on this link which will take them to your web page/site.
