Over quota but I am not

    Hi,

    One of my previous submission contains one extra large file which triggers the upload space limit. I went in my account and deleted that submission freeing the space but my over quota flag is still showing.

    Can you kindly help to put me back. Thanks.

    I've checked your account and all the limits look good. It seems that after you had deleted the submission, the limit did not automatically reset and the status of your account was showing as over limit. I've reset the counters and cleared your form cache.

    Your account and form looks good now. Please check and let us know if you are still facing any issues.
