Please give me more time to check if it is possible to populate fields in the Narrative widget. I'll let you know once I have an update. Thank you for your patience.

It is possible to prepopulate the Narrative widget fields via the URL, however, it is not possible to pass a value inside the widget from a field outside the widget. Also, if you prepopulate the Narrative widget fields, you need to use the exact content inside the widget. Here's an example:

    [Form URL]
    [Narrative widget field name]
    [Narrative widget content]
    [Prepopulated value]
    [Spaces - %20]
    [| - %7c]

I'm not sure if you're aware that you can populate the Text field using the value from another field. You just need to use the {fieldname} inside the Text field. You can click the "Form Fields" dropdown and select the field that you want to appear in the email notifications. Here's an example:

    Here's the result:

For more information, please check this document: Pass-an-Input-Field-to-a-Text-Field.

Also, you can change the default value of the Date in Properties > Options > Default Date.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know.
