How do I turn off the "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form."?

The message usually appears when the Unique Submission or Unique Question fields are enabled. If you wish to allow multiple users to submit the form - please go to Settings > Form Settings > Show More Options and make sure that Unique Question/Unique Submission fields are set to No Check.
