I have created a web and app based business and I need a bolt on form to process orders. I also need to have that form be routable to another website. If your product capable of doing this?

We have information here http://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-7-Payment+Forms on using a form for payment processing.
Yes you can redirect the user to another site on submission of the form by setting a custom url within the Thank You page settings.
I hope that helps,
