Account Credit Card Button Blank URL Page

    I logged in to Jotform.com and navigated to Account -> Billing -> Payment Method, but when I click "Change Credit Card" it simply opens a new, but blank tab.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have replicated the same issue you are experiencing and have forward your concern to our developers for further investigation. Please expect a reply from one of them soon.

    I have switched your account type to Free. Please log into your account and then click on Premium option on the same page and re-upgrade your account.

     

    Your subscription had email address instead of JotForm username. That's why that change credit card button does not work.
