Print and Save submissions in grid format

Under submissions on my form I want to print and save the grid format of the registrants

You can add a Print Form button beside the Submit button. However, it can only print the form "as is" with the entered values on it. 

Here's what it looks like when printed:

Another way is that you can attach a PDF copy of the submission in a grid format inside the email notification that you'll receive. And from there, you can print and download it locally.

Also, if you're referring to print all the submissions of the form, you can download it as Excel and print it as preferred.
