Help with PayPal Invoice

    Hi,


    I am trying to set up PayPal Invoice on one of my forms, however, it seems to fail after every single attempt. Can you please help?

    Hi @sakinahbirthservices!

    Have you tried to remove the payment integration and adding back and connecting to your PayPal account? You can try to set this up in a different browser as well.

    I checked your form and I can see that it is using PayPal Checkout and not PayPal Invoicing.

    I did fill up your form and when I clicked the PayPal button, a pop-up window will appear. Here's a screen capture:

    Are you having issues in completing the integration with PayPal Invoicing? Please take note that you should use a PayPal Business Account in order for this to work. Here's a guide: How-to-integrate-PayPal-Invoicing-with-JotForm.

    Yes, thank you. I decided to go along with PayPal Checkout instead.

    If you want to share the link to your form all you have to do is go within the settings of your form and select Publish and the link will be provided.

    You can also try to create a custom URL which also will direct them to your form.
