How is it possible to attach to the autoresponder a PDF of the form letter the user has just signed and submitted?

Yes, that would be possible. Supposed you have already created the PDF Submission for your form on the PDF Editor page. On the settings of the email autoresponder of your form, under the advanced tab, you can enable the "PDF Attachment" option and select the PDF Document that you have created for your form.

Please do not forget to save the email notification after and then test your form.

If you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.

I followed your instructions, selected all and my PDF document, and thensaved the notification.  Then tested the form.  I didn’t see any attachment.  Just our thank you page.  What am I missing?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, the instructions I have provided in an earlier reply would let you and/or the respondents of your form receive the PDF Document as an attachment to the email notification/autoresponder sent when your form is submitted.

If you wish to have the link to download the PDF copy of the submission to appear on the Thank-You page, you may follow the instructions shown in the screenshot below.

Thanks.  I do have an external Thank You page, so not sure that pdf-link would work.  I like that I received a PDF of my letter in my email. That's exactly what we want users to be able to get.

The pdf-link will not work on your external Thank you page. You can embed the link to download the PDF in your page, but it may not work perfectly.

So the best option here would be for your users to receive the PDF via email. Do let us know if you have any further queries.

Yes - that would be just fine.  Thanks so much!
