Paypal buttons missing in published form

    I have Paypal Checkout connect in my form in the form builder.  It's connected to my Paypal account. The Paypal buttons look fine in the form builder, but when we look at the published form, the Paypal buttons are missing.  Please help.

    Your Paypal account is not connected in your form yet. Please connect it using the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/542-How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout

    I've re-connected the Paypal account to the form (it was connected before and somehow it disconnected after my first message to you).  And still the Paypal buttons don't show up in the published form.  Please help me solve this problem.

    I JUST discovered the Paypal Checkout connection to my account keeps disconnecting.  I suspect that may be the root of the problem.  Why is the connection dropping after the connection is made?

    I seem to have fixed the problem.  

    Clearing cache in Jotform and my browser did NOT work.

    I selected "Test Mode" in Paypal Checkout, but it wanted me to sign up for a new Paypal account, so I backed out and returned to Live mode.  Re-connected to my Paypal account.  And this time it stayed connected and shows up in the published form.  Somehow it seems switching to Test Mode and then back to Live Mode seems to have fixed the problem.  Yeah, it's a mystery.

    I have checked your Jotform and see that the PayPal buttons are displaying correctly.
