Downgraded to Bronze Plan requesting refund

    Hello,


    I recently paid for the silver plan, but wanted to downgrade to the bronze plan. Can you credit the difference ($200) for switching to the bronze plan.

    Yes, I can see that you had upgraded to the Silver yearly plan yesterday and then downgraded to Bronze yearly plan today.

    I can see from the invoice that the difference has been credited.
