Email not being recognized in Email Alert

    Hello! I created an email alert for our customer service team to be notified when a form is filled out. I changed the Recipient Email in the alert to ''. When I test the email, the email defaults to my email address, which is the address the account is built under. Can you please take a look?

    Are you trying to test the email using the Test E-mail button? This function will always send a sample notification to your primary or account email address and not the address from the recipient email. This test is only good to show the layout and formatting of the email notification.

    To test, the actual recipient email, all you need to do is fill up the form and do an actual submission. Please read more on How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues for further reference.
