Custom URL for Thank You not working. After submission, being redirected to a page that won't load

    After completing submission I am redirected but to a page that won't load which doesn't exist.  I need it to redirect to:

    a new URL.  I have checked the custom URL setting in JotForm and it appears correct.

     

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Jayski32,

    I was able to check your custom URL and there was a slight error in the URL entered - there was no colon in the http:// . I went ahead and made the necessary correction in your custom URL. Kindly try again and let us know if it works this time or not.
