Hello,
There are multiple ways of embedding forms. Please take a look at the options below and decide which suits you the best;
Copy Code
Go to Publish.
Select Embed from the left menu.
Click on the Copy Code option to paste it into your web page.
Please make sure that you have a Jotform account in order to embed forms on your website.

Platforms
If you use platforms like iWeb, Dreamweaver, Wordpress, Facebook, Blogger or any other from our list, you simply follow these steps;
Go to Publish.
Select Platforms from the left menu.
Choose your platform from the list and use the code provided.
Provided codes are well tested and specific to these platforms.

Source Code
If you would like to edit and customize the form with your requirements, you can use the source code option.
Go to Publish and Embed.
Select Source Code option.
Copy or Download the source code.

IFrame Embed
As a final option, you can use iFrame code to embed your form. Copied correctly, this code is highly useful as it is displayed inside an iFrame, it will not conflict with anything on your page.
Go to Publish and Embed.
Select iFrame option and copy the code.
