I attached my url to my jotform form but am not getting email alerts when the form is filled out and submitted. How can I fix it?

    It looks like comcast rejected messages coming from our servers , so your email addressed fell into our bounce list , as shown in this server log:

    magnu****group@comcast.net is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 554-'imta05.emeryville.ca.mail.c= omcast.net comcast Comcast block for spam. Please see http:= //postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#BL000000'

    I have checked your form, and I found that you did not map a field from within your form to the Sender Name
    It only had "Please select" on it

    That's why the sender name was blank and this was interpreted as spam message by Comcast, causing the rejection
