Photos from notification email aren’t loading

    I have two options.  One to take a photo and another to upload one and when clients fill out my form and I get the email, the images don’t come through.  I get a link in the photo slot and when clicked it says 404 page not found

    If you want to download/view the uploaded fields through the email, you would need to lift privacy settings in your account, which require a login to review files, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    Uncheck "Required log-in to view uploaded files"

    Including attachment to notification does not provide access to the uploaded files, but if you lift the restriction, users should see images and download files without issues.
