PDF attachment>>SMTP sender server: The submission PDF is reverting to the old PDF format when custom sender email is used

    The finance application form will not attach the pdf to send to user upon submission. It is supposed to send the credit application pdf when someone fills out the form. I have tried and tested over and over and it does not send attachment. 


    Why isnt it working?

    I was able to replicate the issue while I made a test submission to your Form and could not receive the test email as an autoresponse.

    To narrow down the issue could you please create one more autoresponse email and see if that resolves the issue. If this is not sufficient then could you please change to the default JotForm emails( noreply@jotform.com/noreply@formresponse.com) from your sender email address.
