Our forms are disabled now.

    Hello

    We have the storage plan that has unlimited storage, forms etc. 

    However, our forms have been disabled.

    Could you urgently tell us what the problem is.

    I see that your account is currently holding Storage plan while the submissions for the month is overlimit by 230 submissions. Please note that the storage plan is having the same limits of free plan except to store unlimited submissions in your account. The free account allows only to store 500 submissions in the account. Please refer to the guide below for more information on account usage and limits.

    In order to receive more submissions, it is required to upgrade the account to Bronze or higher plan as per your requirement. You may wait for the submission counter to reset on the first day of the following month.
