I am not receiving email from the above two forms, they are appearing in my Jotform inbox but not being forwarded to my email address email@example.com

Both forms email setup are correct. That email address is not on the bounce list so I'd suggest to review everything on your side. Check your spam folder or your spam filter, maybe the messages was blocked and failed to land on your inbox.
I have also sent a test submissions with your form. Kindly confirm if they appears properly on your end now.

Yes it does appear to be my end somewhere. It's appearing in webmail
but not being forwarded to my mail.

It could be an issue with your web hosting provider mail forwarder if you are able to received the email in your webmail but not being forwarded to your pointed email address or the pointed emaill address is blocking the forwarded message.
Can you please try conducting a trace email on your email forwarder setting and see if it pass?
Also, does the email notification from jotform is the only email not being forwarded?
I would also advise following doing this step on "How to prevent email notification from not being received".
