    I tried my form in 2 browsers and I thought I was good. My client doesn't see the entire form

    I can see the entire form in IE 10 and Chrome. It doesn't show all of it in Firefox (mac) and IE 7 or 8. My client can not see the entire form. Neither can my boyfriend on his mac. Can you beef up the height on the form so everybody gets to see this fun version of a contact form.

    Many THanks,

    Martha

    Hi Martha,

    One quick solution for that is to re-embed your form using our iframe method: How to get your Form's Iframe Code.

    Please try it and let us know when done so we can further check the form.

    Thanks

    Hello, if re-embedding the IFRAME does not work, please try this

    From you CSS code injection, please try to delete the bolded part and save

    /*--form all styles--*/
    .form-all{
    background:url(https://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/global/6143_form_bg.png) no-repeat;
    float:left;
    padding-left: 24px;
    padding-top: 80px !important;
    width: 524px;
    height: 341px;
    }

    Now please re-embed using this instead:

    <div style="float:left">
        <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/30674144745153"></script>
    </div>
    <div style="clear:both"></div>

    I just transferred your floating to a container rather than the form itself. I already tested the clear:both and it worked when patching live from your website.

    However, I have not tested the <div> container with a float:left because I do not have access to your server to do a re-embed. Please try it if it works. Thanks

    @Ardy0689, you helped me yesterday with execellent skills. I have the same problem with FireFox. Can I delete that float:left; and insert your code?

    Hello, thanks for the feedback. Yes, I think that's the idea to make it work. You have to delete the float:left in your CSS injection because the embed code I have posted have that float:left in it instead of being injected. Please let us know if it works

    It works Ardy0689, you are the man. I just deleted the float:left: and the bottom part shows up with alittle cut off. It is usable. I didn't insert the div code because I think the form id is not mine.

    Thank you for wonderful support.

    Great!. Thank you for your positive feedback. We are glad that it is working now. The embed code I have given will only make the form to be aligned left but it will also prevent the cropping problem.

    I still have a littile cropping in the bottom. I replaced the form id with mine in the div code but don't know where to insert.

    Hello, this is the original embed code found on the webpage:

     <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/30674144745153"></script>

    You only need to replace it with the embed code I have given. Actually, the only thing I did is to enclose it in a div container with floating and I also added a div container with clearing that is why the embed code I have given is a bit longer.

    So replace the original code with this:

    <div style="float:left">
        <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/30674144745153"></script>
    </div>
    <div style="clear:both"></div>

    If you have replaced the form ID, I just hope it is just a clone of this form. I am not sure how it will affect in a different form with a different layout.
