Update Form Data on the Build Side (multiple at once)

This is a very specific question for our company but one which I could not find any similar questions asked on the forums.

We have dropdowns on several forms that ask the user to answer what state, district, and site for which the form is being completed.  Currently, if we add a new site/district/state (which happens a lot) I have to go in and edit each individual form which has become quite time consuming.  I was wondering if there was a way to link the forms in a way so that I only have to update the site/district/state once and it would then update that information on those same questions on the other forms.

I know that may sound a bit confusing but I would greatly appreciate any guidance on this as I am looking to update all of our forms for our upcoming school year.

NOTE:  I would also use this to do things like pick a manager so the time savings could be massive for me.

Unfortunately, such feature is not available, the fields on the forms cannot be managed in bulk for multiple forms at the same time, currently, the fields will need to be managed individually on each form.

I'm afraid that there is not a workaround on this either as it looks a very specific feature, we may open a feature request for this, but we cannot ensure this will be implemented or provide an ETA, but we would keep you updated via this thread.
