Hello we are a charity but my free account is out form views - does this re-set itself every month ? and would that be the first of every month ?

Yes, this is a monthly limit and it resets on the first day of each month. You can read more here:

its the first of the month.. but when you click on my form its still showing the out of data quota page ??

I checked your account and your forms are functional again. I also checked the Usage tab in your settings. The monthly limits had reset.

I have cleared your Form Cache and the link works fine now. Please try to open it again.
You can also clear the Form Cache yourself, when you experience such issues. You can check and follow this guide:
