I need help sending a form to multiple clients so that they can all sign the same form. 

Do you mean to say that you wish to send the notification email to multiple recipients? If yes, to send the email notification to multiple recipients - you need to have a paid account. Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve this with a free subscription.
