Why is my account suspended?

    I cant log in my account is suspended and i have no idea why. i do have forms that accept payments but they are hosted on SSL as they should be so i dont know what the issue is. The account is the one associated with my email address

    Your account was suspended as the forms "90700834519154 - Order Form Hard Copies" & "90806825025153 - Order Form Electronic Copies" in your account were found suspicious of phishing activity because you were collecting credit card details in plain form fields.

    Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms.

    However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available in our platform in order to integrate in your forms. These will help you collect payments from your customers in an authorized way.

    We will only lift the suspension on your account if you agree with our terms and allow us to delete the offending fields mentioned above.

    Thank you for the confirmation. I have now activated your account.

    Please delete these offending fields, else your account could get suspended again.

    Please also check the forms in your Trash folder, if they have similar fields. If yes, either purge the forms or delete such fields so that our phishing detector does not suspend your account again.
