Can I select the size of the images print in the pdf reports?

Can I select the height and width of the images? Some pictures are way too big for the pdf forms. I have this issue in the "image selection" and "image" feature (check "Ventilador EC" in the report attached).

I believe you are referring to the uploaded image that displays on the PDF document. If yes, then you can easily resize the image size in our new PDF-Editor. 

Select your form Form on MyForms page and select Create PDF Document. 

This will take you to the PDF document page, where you can adjust the image size on the PDF - Document as shown in the below screencast.
