Email notification not receiving emails

    with my previous form, I had no problem receiving the mails. With my latest form, I can only receive the test mails, but nothing else. The mail address is correct and is not on the bounce list. There is nothing in the spam folder.

    I checked that form and the notification is configured correctly. I also reviewed our mail logs and found that all submissions were successfully sent to the recipients listed in the notification. The emails are also not on our bounce list so you should not be having trouble receiving emails from jotform.

    Please check this guide for a possible reason why you're not receiving an email notification.

    Please try creating new notification as well and see if that will send.
