Hello,  I have used JotForm 2 other times and I see 5 forms are free and it is tracking them.  Does that mean once I use the 5 forms I HAVE to start paying every time I use it after that?

I have checked your account and you're in the Free subscription.

For the Free plan , you are able to create up to 5 forms and if you wish to create more forms you would have to upgrade your plan.

When I get to 5 forms and have to upgrade do I have to pay the monthly fee even when I am not using it?

Yes, we use subscription service. Once you're subscribed to a plan, you would have to pay for it depending on your scheduled payment regardless if the form is used or not. You may however, downgrade anytime if you don't need the extra limits.

    Thank you for clarifying.
The nice this about your service that stood out above the others, was paying when we use it, since it isn’t something we need all the time.
    Have a good day.
    Sincerely,
    Tara
