Link in the email reminders not functioning

    Good morning, 


    Sending in another support request - we have a number of people who access our forms externally. We set the email reminders under Publish > Schedule an Email Reminder.


    When the email is sent, we are receiving complaints that the blue button that is supposed to be linked is not clickable and therefore does not redirect them anywhere. Can someone please advise on what to do here as this is a reoccurring issue.

    Hello, Just following up on my above chain. I tested their link through their email (I can forward onto someone from JotForm), and the blue button did in fact not link anywhere. However, when I sent myself a test email, the blue button did link. Please advise on why some are and some are not dead links.

    I have checked the email history log and see that the email doesn't seem to be linking to the form correctly. Could you let us know if the link/test in the template are changed? 

    Could you also try setting up a new reminder email in the Publish wizard and see if that works correctly?
